GV Hoops 2018 Alumni Game… Jags ended the year with a win over the ole timers! Thanks to all the Alumni that came out.
Congrats to the boys and girls basketball teams who each were crowned champions of the GV Varsity Club Holiday Tournament. Morgan Falcone and Greg Vlassopolous were named tournament MVP’s!
Tonight, some current GV players and coaches made the trip down to Philly to watch GV Hoops’ alumni do battle as Brandon Starr and University of Sciences hosted Austin Laughlin and Kutztown. Kutztown pulled out a close one 76-71. Starr was U Sciences’ second leading scorer with 14 points including a gorgeous coast-to-coast steal and layup. Laughlin swished both of his 3 point attempts (something Jags fans are very familiar with) and finished with 6. The two even guarded each other for a brief stretch. A great night for all!
